Collaboration targets.
A working list of creators whose audiences overlap with this practice — people it would make sense to approach about a double workout, a shoot, or a conversation about getting lean and staying that way.
100 names, in two states. 29 have had their profile opened and their follower count read off it — those carry a handle you can click. The other 71 came from published creator directories and are listed by name only, because a directory handle cannot be trusted to belong to the person beside it.
Nobody here has agreed to anything.
This is an outreach list, not a partnership list. No one on it has been contacted through this page, none of them has endorsed this practice, and nothing here should be read as a relationship. Every name was found on a public page, every follower count is point-in-time, and no contact details are collected or published.
Virginia, in range.
Creators in the roughly 10–20k band, close enough to train with in person. The band is genuinely thin — Virginia’s physique scene is small, and most of the local coaching accounts sit well under it.

- Strength and fat loss, online coaching
In the band, in Richmond, coaching out of EVLVE. Builds fat loss through strength — the same argument Saher's own transformation makes.
Also in Virginia, outside the band.
Kept because proximity is worth more than reach for a double: these are people who could be in the same room this month.

- Private training club
The gym itself, not a creator — but it is where most of the Richmond coaches on this list train. A shoot at the club reaches all of them at once.

Rebuilt-my-life story told publicly, with a transformations highlight. Nearest narrative overlap with Saher's before/after in the RVA scene.

- Transformation coaching, podcast host
Hosts a podcast. Small account, but a podcast seat is a different kind of collab than a double.

- Body composition, weight loss
States an 80 lb loss publicly. Two coaches who each lost the weight themselves is a stronger double than either alone.

- Men's physique competitor, contest prep
NPC men's physique competitor and prep coach. Small account, but the division and the prep angle are exactly Saher's lane.

- Strength, fat loss, weight gain
Early-stage RVA coach at the same club. Low reach, low friction — the kind of local double that costs nothing to arrange.
The wider list.
Physique, bodybuilding and gym-culture accounts outside Virginia, sorted by reach. The top of this list is aspirational and everyone involved knows it; the value is in the middle, where a double is an afternoon rather than a negotiation.

Six-time Classic Physique Mr. Olympia who owns Raw Nutrition and part of Gymshark. The ceiling of the division, and aspirational rather than a first approach.

Candidates, handle not yet confirmed.
71 more names came off published creator directories. They are listed without handles on purpose: two of those directory handles turned out to belong to unrelated people with a couple of hundred followers, so a handle here is only shown once someone has opened the profile and confirmed it. Until then these are names to look up, not accounts to contact.

How this was built.
- Public sources only — creator directories, gym roster pages, and public Instagram profiles. No login, no direct messages, no scraping, and no email addresses collected from anywhere.
- Counts marked read from profile were taken off the public profile on the date recorded in
lib/collab-targets.ts. Counts marked approx., per directoryare the directory’s own figure, often rounded and sometimes years old. - Where a count could not be confirmed, no number is shown. Nothing on this page is estimated or filled in.
- Directory handles are not trusted. Checking them found two that belonged to unrelated private accounts and two people listed under different handles by different directories, so an unconfirmed name appears without a handle and no link is ever made to a profile nobody has opened.
